At Onstage we have our own team of professional DJ’s whose focus is providing exceptional service for corporate events, five star venues and wedding receptions. No backyard operators here. With such experience our DJ’s are the preferred operators at many 4 and 5 star venues in Brisbane and the Gold Coast as they fully understand the high level of performance required both on and off stage.

Prior to the Event

Your disc jockey will contact you before your event to discuss music requirements. We suggest providing an overview of preferred music genre’s rather than a long list of songs, as you’ll find the DJ will need to play what works with the audience on the night. Of course, any special requests will be catered for, and if you do have a requested song the DJ doesn’t own simply provide it on cd or mp3 and he can cue it for you at the right time.

Dinner and Dance music

Enjoy dinner to the sound of instrumental, jazz and easy listening music played at a volume that allows your guests to chat. If necessary, a microphone for the speeches can be supplied by the DJ, just let us know prior to the event so this can be arranged. As the night progresses, so does the music, and by dessert it’s usually time to get everyone on the dance floor. A great selection of popular tunes spanning 5 decades is available to suit all ages.

Karaoke and Mixers

For the songstress in you, we can also assist with Karaoke operators and equipment. And for the contemporary party goer we have brilliant mixing-DJ’s as well as DJ’s who jam with live instrumentalists.
