Required: Four different, amazing events over three days.
Day One – Poolside Welcome to Paradise Dinner
MC Nigel welcomed guests to a beautiful evening by the pool, and the stunning vocals and tunes from the JSB Band entertained the guests. The client requested some traditional Balinese entertainment, so we delivered the Traditional Legong Keraton Dance, Thousand Hands Performance, and Fire Dance Routine.
After Party – Lobby. The whole room became a dancefloor, with everyone moving to the tunes of FunknStuff. What a way to finish the night!
Day Two – Water Garden Lunch
This was a day for guests to sit back and relax (partake in the odd Water Sport or two at the beach). Listening to the tunes of the acoustic, easy listening music of The JSB Band, roving magic from Nigel, and the colorful photo opportunities with our Tutti Frutti and Calypso costumed dancers.
Light up the Night White Party – Every guest read the theme, and boy, did they show up in white! Once again, our outstanding MC Nigel kept the night running with performances from our LED Waterdrum Performance Group, LED Tron Dancers showcasing their new Butterfly costume, and our cast of 6 roving performers (all in different LED costumes) having so many photo opportunities with the guests. Music was provided by the local performer (ex-Australian) Lydia.
After Party—Lobby. FunknStuff took the dancefloor to the next level with Clare’s amazing vocals. Nope, the ceiling couldn’t hold us when she sang Macklemore—she blew the roof off!
Day Three – Baliwood Night
Once again, after a Royal Balinese Procession of performers, MC Nigel kept the night running with a dash of traditional performers and our fabulous JSB Band.
After Party—Lobby. You guessed it—the lobby was heaving with guests who didn’t want the night to end with the fabulous FunknStuff bringing their party vibes.
Steps: Average of 23,000 steps taken each day.
Result: One extremely happy client, one exhausted Stage Manager, and her MC!
